Amber is an accomplished attorney whose exclusive focus lies in Marital and Family Law. Amber represents high-profile business leaders, physicians, attorneys, CEOs, financial professionals, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, media influencers, and their spouses in divorce matters, drafting bespoke prenuptial agreements, and with other personal issues.

Her dedication to assisting individuals through divorce, navigating the prenuptial agreement process, and overcoming personal challenges, shines brightly as she offers guidance and support to help them navigate these difficult times with strength and resilience.

Currently serving as the President of the Miami-Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers, Amber champions the rights of women in the legal profession, embodying a commitment to equality and empowerment. Furthermore, she holds important positions as a Director on Group 1, a Director of the Young Lawyers Section, and Co-Chair of the Family Courts Committee for the Miami-Dade Bar, solidifying her leadership within the legal community.

Notably, Amber served as a former President of The First Family Law American Inn of Court, an esteemed invitation-only association of Family Lawyers dedicated to fostering civility, scholarship, and professionalism in the practice of law. Under her guidance, the Organization reached Platinum Level recognition nationwide for the first time in its history, with a distinguished mention at The United States Supreme Court.

Amber’s insights are highly sought after, making her a prominent speaker on family law matters, ethics, and technology across the State of Florida. Her impactful presentations benefit both legal professionals and the community at large. She was recognized as the #BWOTY Badass Woman of the Year in the Women in Business category by the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce in 2022, and previously was recognized in 2018 with the Lynn Futch Most Productive Young Lawyer by The Florida Bar Young Lawyer’s Division, awarded to only one lawyer in the State each year.

Actively promoting thought leadership within Family Law, Amber stays current with the latest developments and trends through her participation in the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. Her contributions extend beyond representation and leadership, as she has published numerous articles on professionalism, ethics, and technology. She currently serves as Chair of The Florida Bar Family Law Section’s Facebook Live sub-committee, hosting monthly online sessions featuring cutting-edge family law issues and notable speakers. The Family Law Section of The Florida Bar has honored Amber with a Rising Star Award, and recently with an Above and Beyond Award in 2023.
